Broad assurance experience and the ability to manage engagements involving varied client needs and levels of complexity
Strong understanding of applicable accounting and assurance standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high-quality work
A collaborative leadership style and an interest in coaching and developing others
An interest in quality management, regulatory compliance, and professional standards
A proactive mindset, sound professional judgment, and motivation to take on broader leadership responsibilities

Why Join?
