Falcon Transfers is a Canadian-owned and operated DTF printing company serving independent clothing brands, Etsy sellers, commercial print shops, and businesses across Canada.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant who can help shape our marketing strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and strengthen our digital presence.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bring fresh perspectives, challenge existing ideas, and provide practical guidance on how to grow our business through digital marketing.
This is primarily an advisory and consulting opportunity. We are looking for someone who can help us think strategically, identify opportunities, and guide our marketing direction rather than simply execute daily marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on digital marketing and overall growth opportunities.
- Evaluate our current digital marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop ideas to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Advise on SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Identify opportunities to grow B2B and B2C customer segments.
- Provide insights on customer targeting, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Recommend effective marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
- Advise on marketing performance metrics, analytics, and ROI.
- Help us explore new digital channels and innovative marketing approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital marketing channels.
- Experience developing marketing strategies for growing businesses.
- Ability to translate ideas into practical, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small or medium-sized businesses is an asset.
Industry Experience – A Bonus
Experience in any of the following industries would be particularly valuable:
- Printing and custom apparel
- DTF, DTG, screen printing, or promotional products
- E-commerce and online retail
- B2B marketing and wholesale distribution
- Small business growth and customer acquisition
Engagement
- Part-time / Contract / Flexible advisory arrangement
- Initially focused on strategic guidance and consulting
- Compensation negotiable based on experience and engagement structure
