What You’ll Do
- Operate lift trucks safely and complete pre-use equipment inspections
- Pick, move, and place products in racking according to warehouse procedures
- Use RF scanners to accurately process inventory and orders
- Assist with customer pick-ups and product handling when required
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Follow all safety regulations, policies, and safe work practices
- Support general warehouse operations and contribute to team success
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse and/or lift truck operating experience
- Lift truck certification, or the ability to successfully complete company training
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Comfortable working at heights up to 26 feet
- Able to lift, move, and maneuver large products with equipment assistance
- Ability to work in warm and cold warehouse environments
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to learn warehouse systems
