We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Low Latency Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance enterprise applications within a banking and financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Java development experience, a solid understanding of low-latency application design, and expertise in building scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. You will contribute to technical architecture, performance optimization, API development, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Optimize application performance, latency, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
- Design and implement APIs, middleware integrations, and event-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps-driven development practices.
- Support cloud deployments and application modernization initiatives.
- Perform database design, SQL query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
