We are looking for a highly experienced
AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI/LLM applications using FastAPI or Flask, developing scalable REST APIs, and building AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms. The successful candidate will also provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI or Flask.
- Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
- Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Redis.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, DevOps, and GitOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
