WE'RE HIRING – TRUCKING DISPATCHER
Woodland Hauling Transport is looking for an experienced and motivated **Dispatcher** to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch Flatbed, Stepdeck and Conestoga loads.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers and customers.
- Plan daily routes and manage load schedules.
- Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Handle daily dispatch operations and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the trucking industry.
- Knowledge of Flatbed and Stepdeck operations is an asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canada–USA cross-border transportation is an asset.
