REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•7+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on data and analytics initiatives.
Strong investment management domain knowledge, including: Performance measurement and reporting
Performance attribution
ETF and portfolio management workflows
OMS and trade data
Security master data
Pricing and market data
Benchmark, holdings, and transaction data
- Experience with investment data platforms such as Bloomberg PORT, Bloomberg pricing services, FactSet, and related front-office systems.
- Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing databases and data models.
- Proven experience with data migration, source-to-target mapping, and data lineage documentation.
- Knowledge of Oracle an asset
- Understanding of Snowflake, modern cloud data platforms, dimensional modeling, and data governance practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in asset management, wealth management, or capital markets organizations.
•Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
•Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and data governance frameworks.
•Experience supporting large-scale cloud data modernization programs.
