Foresight Recruitment Group is partnering with an established Canadian real estate organization to identify an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager / Director, Human Resources.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play an important role in strengthening HR operations, supporting business leaders, and guiding a team of HR professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship, direction, and support to HR generalists and talent acquisition professionals.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities and provide practical, strategic HR guidance.
- Navigate complex employee relations matters, balancing legislative requirements, organizational needs, and sound judgment.
- Strengthen HR operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, accountability, and overall effectiveness.
- Support organizational change, helping leaders navigate evolving business needs and team structures.
- Coach and empower managers, building stronger people leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
- Oversee key HR programs and initiatives, ensuring they support both employee experience and business performance.
- Build trusted relationships across the business and establish HR as an accessible, solutions-oriented partner.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in connecting with experienced HR leaders who combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, people-first approach.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Progressive human resources leadership experience, including experience managing and developing HR teams.
- Strong employee relations expertise and a sound understanding of Ontario employment legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders and influence business decisions.
- Experience leading HR operations within a complex or multi-location organization.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational responsibilities.
- A collaborative leadership style and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking when appropriate.
- Experience within real estate, property management, or another operationally complex industry would be an asset.
