Inside Sales Associate – Inside/Outside Sales
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: From $70,000 annually, plus commissions in excess of the draw schedule
Work Environment: Office-based and outside sales
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Associate with HVAC industry experience to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business. This position combines inside and outside sales, including quoting jobs, presenting products and services, and supporting customers with HVAC building system solutions.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and service an established customer base.
- Prepare job quotations and respond to customer inquiries.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and expand the customer base.
- Present products and services to meet customer needs.
- Participate in trade shows, sales functions and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of sales experience.
- Minimum two years of HVAC/R experience and knowledge of HVAC building systems.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience with cooling towers, humidification and portable air conditioning products is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Undergraduate or college degree in business, construction or engineering
