About the Role
French-speaking customers are one of TMG Industrial’s fastest-growing markets, and we’re investing to grow it further. As our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a key voice for these customers and help shape how we grow in the market.
Your main job is turning interest into orders. You’ll answer inbound inquiries, prepare quotes quickly and close sales in French and English, with a focus on speed, accuracy and a smooth buying experience.
During your probationary period, you will start in Customer Support to gain hands-on exposure to our products, systems, and customer needs. This training period is designed to give you a deep understanding of what we sell and how our customers use it, so you are fully equipped to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use persuasive sales techniques in answering inbound sales calls/emails, make product recommendations and close deal efficiently
- Process timely and accurate quotations to customers via email or phone
- Ensure customers remain engaged during the entire sales process by creating urgency, emphasizing value, and actively following up quotes to close the deal.
- Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails with efficiency
- Stay informed and continuously expand knowledge product knowledge to effectively assist clients and convert to sales.
- Assist with branch operations and other branch-related tasks from time to time, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- People oriented and experienced in rapport building
- Working knowledge of various technology and software programs, such as MS Office, Shopify, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in French is required

Salary Range & Growth Opportunity:
Base salary range is between $24-$31 per hour which is about $50,000–$65,000/year, with an on-target-earnings is estimated to be at $60,000-85,000/year. Commissions are uncapped.
Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm | Onsite
