Role : PeopleSoft HCM Technical Delivery Lead
Location : Missisauga, ON
Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM with deep expertise across Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and HR Service Delivery.
Expert-level knowledge of PeopleTools technologies, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR, Application Packages, Process Scheduler, and Fluid UI development.
Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, connecting PeopleSoft with HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party SaaS applications.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional technical teams, including resource planning, task allocation, delivery tracking, and coaching team members to achieve project objectives.
Strong stakeholder and delivery management capabilities, including coordinating with business and technology teams, managing risks and dependencies, driving governance reviews, and ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and quality commitments.
Experience integrating and supporting Workday HCM environments, including data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, Workday web services, and hybrid PeopleSoft-Workday landscapes.
Proven ability to lead HR digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, system upgrades, and enterprise architecture initiatives across global organizations.
Exposure to Generative AI and common AI platforms/tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services. Understanding of AI-driven automation and process optimization is desirable.
