We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Golf Operations team. Whether you're an experienced retail professional or someone with a passion for golf and exceptional customer service skills, this is an opportunity to work in a premier golf club environment where member and guest experiences come first.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our members and guests. You'll help golfers prepare for a great day on the course by assisting with merchandise purchases, checking in golfers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Golf Shop.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Assist golfers with the purchase of apparel, footwear, accessories, golf equipment, and gift items.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process retail sales and daily transactions through the Point-of-Sale system.
- Check in golfers and assist with tee time inquiries.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the Golf Shop remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Receive and replenish inventory, assist with pricing, and support merchandising initiatives.
- Promote new arrivals, seasonal merchandise, club events, and retail promotions.
- Support daily golf operations to ensure an exceptional member and guest experience.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience required.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Interest in golf, golf apparel, and sporting goods retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with members and guests.
- Comfortable working with POS systems and handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Golf knowledge is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
