Job Description:
A Salesforce Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications.
The consultant also participates in quality assurance processes to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Technical Consulting
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Design integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
Develop and maintain technical design documents.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Support deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Required Skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Apex Programming
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
Salesforce APIs and Integrations
Data Loader and Data Migration Tools
Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket
CI/CD implementation knowledge
SOQL, SOSL
5+ years of Salesforce implementation and support experience.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
