We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help make Feasibilitypro.ai dramatically better for real estate development professionals.
We’re looking for someone who brings real estate and development finance expertise and wants to put that experience to work building the next generation of AI-powered feasibility tools.
What you’ll do
- Define what great looks like for AI-powered feasibility analysis, from the first idea to the shipped experience
- Work directly with customers (developers, analysts, investors, and lenders) to understand how they underwrite deals today and where they get stuck
- Bring the judgment of an experienced practitioner to how we design, test, and evaluate new AI features, so outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and genuinely useful
- Translate complex financial models, pro formas, and Excel-based workflows into clear product requirements
- Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the roadmap and deliver features that move the needle
- Use AI tools in your own day-to-day work to prototype, research, and validate ideas quickly
- Track product performance and customer feedback, and use what you learn to keep improving
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Real estate and development finance expertise, with a solid grasp of feasibility analysis, pro formas, and project underwriting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (required). You think in models, formulas, and scenarios
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools (required) and genuine curiosity about how they can change financial workflows
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
- A practical, ownership-minded approach and the ability to make good decisions with incomplete information
Nice to have
- Experience at a SaaS or fintech company
- Background in real estate development, investment, lending, or financial analysis
- Experience evaluating or testing AI/LLM-driven features
