Team Overview
This is your opportunity to join a dynamic company with a team that works very well together and has solid organized structures in place. Supra is bringing its entire revenue organization under one leader: direct and channel sales (including our Canon partnership and our Microsoft and vendor alliances), product management, marketing, and customer success, which comprises the Account Management and Customer IT Manager (CITM) teams in Canada and India. The organization sells and grows Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Application Services, AI Services, and Business Process Outsourcing across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and works closely with the executive team and the Board.
YOU ARE!
You own a number and you build the machine that delivers it. You have led revenue organizations in managed services, cloud, or technology services, and you know how new logo sales, channel sales, marketing, and retention fit together into one predictable, forecastable revenue engine with recurring revenue at its core.
You are a channel and partner leader. You have built and scaled indirect revenue through OEMs, distributors, resellers, or strategic partners. You know how to make a partner’s sales force want to sell your services, and how to run the governance, enablement, and incentives that keep a strategic partnership delivering.
You lead leaders. You hire and develop vice presidents and directors, set clear accountabilities, run a disciplined operating cadence, and hold the team to the scorecard. You are visible in the field with customers and partners, and your people see you do the work alongside them.
The Senior Vice President, Sales owns Supra’s complete revenue number: new logo revenue, channel and partner revenue, and the retention and growth of the existing managed services base. Four leaders report to this role: the Vice President, Sales, who leads direct and channel sales, the Director of Customer Success, who leads the Account Management and CITM teams, the Director of Products, who owns the service portfolio and vendor practices, and the head of Marketing. You set the go-to-market strategy and annual revenue plan, build the sales and revenue operating system (pipeline, forecast, pricing and packaging, enablement, compensation, and scorecards), lead Supra’s most strategic customer and partner relationships personally, and represent revenue at the executive table and the Board. The role reports to the
Chief Executive Officer, based in Canada.
This is an executive role based at Supra’s Mississauga head office. Supra is a hybrid workplace, but this position is expected to be with customers, partners, and the team most of the week: executive meetings with strategic customers, partner and Canon engagements, field time with the sales and customer success teams, and leadership of the weekly revenue cadence in person. Time working from home will be limited. Regular travel across Canada and to the United States is expected, with periodic travel to the United Kingdom and to Supra’s India operations. A valid driver’s licence and a valid passport are required.
