Before you start

A monthly commercial-area permit is a daytime parking product for an eligible municipal lot or street area. It is not an overnight permit, a reserved space or permission to ignore temporary signs. Availability depends on the selected location.

Apply through a town account. The current service uses a digital permit with no physical pass to display, despite older generic terms on the same page referring to dashboard display. Only one vehicle can be registered to the permit at a time; update it through the account when changing cars.

Rules and exceptions

Payment is by credit card through the account. The permit auto-renews until you ask to cancel.
You can join up to three first-come waitlists. Offers arrive by email and remain open for five business days. Declining or failing to respond removes that waitlist entry.
A first purchase on the 1 st through 14 th costs the full month. A first purchase on the 15 th throughmonth-end costs 50 percent. This initial proration does not apply to renewals, replacements or reinstatements.
The permit does not cover vehicle storage beyond 24 hours without moving. It excludes motorcycles, trailers, commercial/recreational vehicles and other vehicle classes specified by the town.
No space is guaranteed and unused time is not credited. Temporary restrictions still apply.
